This tool features a heavy duty rasp on one side for rapid removal of material and a double cut file on the other side . The edges have single cut teeth on them for smoothing. Measures approximately 15 1 2" Overall with the portion that has teeth measuring 10 1 2" . The file measures 1 1 2" wide. Made about 10 years ago by Nicholson in Brazil .
