Pinot Noir grapes grow on stony, chalky, quick draining soils, with clay & marl. Destemmed, with 4 5 day maceration in steel, then aged for 9 months in 2 or 3 year old oak barrels. Strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant & blueberry fruits. Delicate & refined, with a good underlying structure.
