Manni Nossing Sudtirol Eisacktaler Sylvaner, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy 2021 Michel Rolland and OseletaThe nose is very Sylvaner typical. Slightly earthy tones, great herbs and a light note of hay. Very delicate with the wonderfully warm smell of summer rain on stone. In the mouth then with pressure, but without ever getting fat. Powerfully supple but with great structure. The acid blends in perfectly and gives the fruity notes of pear and grape a firm structure. Great texture on the palate and very juicy aftertaste.
