Work this color using flame chemistry in between neutral and oxidizing to maintain transparency. Strike using a slightly reducing flame or by leaving to soak in the kiln. Note that raising the temperature of the kiln is not always necessary for striking purple rainbow. 1080F for 3 4 hours
