Tullibardine 500 Sherry Cask 70cl Passaparola having won over the palatesTullibardine 500 sherry cask refers to the size of the cask used, in this case a sherry butt which holds 500 litres. The whisky was matured in ex bourbon casks then finish in sherry butts. This gives it a lovely dark rich brown colour, with hints of toffee and apples with ceral notes. On the palate is is rich with vanilla and toffee abound with dates and spice.
