Abracadabra, bAsTeT 2022 South Africa Pinot GrisPlace: Auvergne, France Grape: Carignan + Bourboulenc Vibe: Zippy Light and bright. Here the Carignan gently mingles with some Bourboulenc juice, my kinda bath tbh, and this is defo made for splashing around. Think sour cherry fruit with a faint whisper of green grip. Something floral too. Sampled during a literal tasting marathon around London, my palate was burning out, but this was the breath of fresh air I needed. Spitoon surplus to requirements.
