Herno Juniper Cask Organic Gin 50cl Bains roasted applesThis is a unique gin which has been aged in cask, but not just oak casks, cask's which have been made from Juniper wood. These are small casks of just 39. 25 litres and the gin is rested in these for 30 days before bottling at 47% vol. It has an herbal sweetness to start with followed by more intense juniper notes finishing with a long harmonious hint of citrus peel.
