though you see a little bit of loss at bottom center which was probably due to the removal of the original frame (which we do not possess)

and thrilling to use for your aperitif with guests (the pre-dinner liqueur)

there is a circular impressed mark but I'm not sure if that denotes the exact year of manufacture and I can't quite make it out anyway

I see no chips or cracks in the mother of pearl and the interior has just a bit of darkening around the edges of the fabric and only a slight bit of fraying. The tip of the pencil looks like it needs a better sharpening :). See pictures for measurements.
