Chewy and sharply focused on the palate, offering nicely concentrated Meyer lemon, pear skin, fennel and honeycomb flavors underscored by a spicy ginger nuance. Vanilla and pear nectar notes build on a persistent finish sharpened by hints of bitter quinine and smoky minerals.
