The Botanist Gin 1966 Launched in 2010 as oneCreated at Islay's Bruichladdich whisky distillery The Botanist is made in a Lomond still christened Ugly Betty. This still was sourced from the old Inverleven distillery in Dumbarton, Scotland and brought to Islay on a barge.
