The Wonderland Project No.9 "Special Selection" Cabernet Sau 2019 (Case only) style_Vin doux naturel Full-bodied with roundDense opaque purple color, slightly sweeter creme de cassis and boysenberry fruit, terrific purity, a full bodied texture, silky tannin and nicely integrated wood and acidity. Saturated dark red. Darker aromas than the Missouri Hopper: red and blackcurrant, black raspberry, licorice and burning embers. Denser and sweeter too, with good concentration and chewiness to the slightly grapey fruit flavors.
