805 Vintage Rosé Cuvée 2017 805 and nashi pearMike Bennie 95pt (Courabyra Wines) Arguably one of my favourite top sparkling wine producers in Australia, which pretty much means anywhere in the world. Beautiful, floral and pretty, sweet berry fruited perfume. Lightly creamy texture, fine, bright fizz in the mix, frisky, green apple acidity, more of the sweet ish red berry characteristics, a good squirt of cranberry juice and even some oyster shell minerality stuff. Complex. Detailed. Fresh.
