The grapes are fermented in stainless steel with twice daily punching down for maximum extraction of colour and tannins. The wine is matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. A medium bodied wine brimming with fruit. Aromas of blueberry, red cherry and blackberry which follow on to the palate. A lovely wine with soft, rounded tannins. Try with lamb dishes or
