Sipping it yields brown butter and sweet burnt caramel just slightly bitter but not unpleasant. Theres no noticeable agricole notes despite half the mash being evaporated cane juice. Theres also no initial burn despite being 90 proof. The mouthfeel is slightly more viscous than the average rum. Then finish fades quickly, then sneaks back in
