Holden Manz Chenin Blanc 2022 Shiraz Bottled at 35%Holden Manz Chenin Blanc 2022 is crafted from meticulously hand selected grapes sourced from three vineyards along the Stellenbosch Paarl border and Perdeberg, all grown on bush vines over 40 years old. The grapes are carefully cooled to 5C before undergoing a Champagne crush cycle, ensuring gentle extraction. Clarified juice is then transferred by gravity to both barrels and tanks for fermentation, where wild yeast fermentation takes place. Notably,
