No reference to who this handsome young boy with the soulful eyes and casual pose is, but there is a reference stamp on back telling us who the framers were, noting it to have been Lequien Blondeaux, framer "A La Palette de Rubens" located in Lille, France, so perhaps one can begin the research from there.
