Matured entirely in first fill bourbon casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: Fresh sea air, honeyed vanilla, tropical fruits, pineapple and citrus with subtle maritime notes. Palate: Caramelized sugar, tangy citrus, vibrant pineapple, toasted oak and a lightly oily
